In this day and age of AI chatbots, automated systems, and endless phone menus, it’s refreshing to work with an insurance office that still puts the human touch first.

My experience with Meilee Fu Agency – State Farm has been outstanding. Whenever I reach out, whether it’s to make a change, add coverage, remove coverage, or simply ask a question, I’m treated like I’m their only customer. The personal attention and responsiveness make what can often be a frustrating insurance experience incredibly easy.

I also really appreciate not having to navigate frustrating phone agents or automated systems just to get something resolved. I can reach out to the office and know that someone who actually knows me and my policies will take care of it.

I currently have three vehicles, homeowners insurance, and life insurance with this office, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The level of service and personal attention is exactly what customer service should be.
